Mondo Cozmo, "Automatic"
As corporate radio-friendly US rock goes, this is about as good as it gets. Until I did some Googling yesterday, I had no idea that Mondo Cozmo was a guy, not a band, and that he had been the frontman of the band Eastern Conference Champions for a decade. It's nice to see someone who's been toiling away in the alt-rock trenches for most of his adult life finally score some hits.
