Talk Less Say More, "Repeating"
One reason I rail so much about overrated bands is that there are SO many great underrated bands out there who never get any exposure because a few "buzz" artists are hogging all the bandwidth. Talk Less Say More--really just a guy in London named Matthew Jennings--is a case in point. Their last couple of albums have been fantastic, and their recently-released album is probably their best yet. But none of the songs have more than 400 plays on Soundcloud. That makes me sad because the songs are so damn good and so catchy! For instance, "Repeating" is an incredible throwback to eccentric English synthpop circa 1980 (think Buggles, Godley & Creme, New Musik).
