I'm beginning to think that Britpop isn't dead--it's just emigrated to Australia. With its motorik and raga elements, this new Belligerents single is like the love child of Primal Scream and Kula Shaker, with a killer chorus: "I wanna learn/ You wanna teach/ Open your heart/ Let love in no no no."
